Our club is a 2nd year team in the West Tn High School Rugby conference. Our tournament season is during the spring with conference and state tournaments occuring in April and May. Fall is an exhibition season that is used to acclimate new players to the sport of rugby as well as get returning players to refine their rugby skills. We allow all students from 8th to 12th grade to join our team as long as your school does not have a rugby club. We also allow all home schooled students to join.
Rugby is a fast paced, full contact sport that is taking the south by storm. Every year more high schools throughout the south are forming rugby clubs and conferences. Come out and see what all the hype is about, we promise you won't be disappointed.
**Getting CIPP'ed is very easy now! Just click on the USA rugby link and click on the Join USA rugby under the membership tab on the left. Make sure you put yourself under the Arlington Rugby Football Club when you join! Your fee should only be $13.00 now.
Team dues are $150 for a full year (spring and fall season). Dues will cover equipment costs, referee fees, field fees, tournament fees, conference dues, state dues, and team jerseys. In addition, each player will receive their own shorts and socks as well as a team t-shirt. Each season will have a deadline for dues. If for some reason dues cannot be paid please call or email Coach Austin, Coach Dale, or Jessica Mackens (General Manager) and let us know. We will make arrangements to either extend the deadline or let the player have some extra duties to pay for dues. NO PLAYER WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR NOT HAVING DUES.
